The graphic is pressed twice: a first flock layer in the accent colour, then a second on top, deliberately offset by a couple of millimetres so the shape reads as movement rather than as a logo. Double-pressing is unforgiving — too much heat on the second pass and the first layer crushes flat — which is why it is done in small runs, by eye, in Paris. The base is our standard 220 gsm combed organic cotton with a boxy cut, slightly wider at the shoulder than the other tees so the graphic sits square when your arms come up.
The story
The Wacky Dip is Bogle’s, from the early 2000s — the years when he was going by Mr. Wacky — and it is a drop: the knees fold, the body sinks off the beat and comes back up on it. Every dancer who has tried it learns the same lesson, that the interesting part is not the fall but the recovery. The offset in the print is that half-beat, made visible.
