Scope
These terms govern the sale of textile goods offered in the shop of this site by Dwayne Junior Robinson (7VEN Dance Master), whose details appear in the legal notice. They apply to orders placed by consumers and are accepted when the order is sent. Courses and competition entries fall outside their scope.
The garments
Every piece is made to order, flocked by our partner workshop [FLOCKING WORKSHOP NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE COMPLETED]. Embroidery is not offered at this stage: it will be added to the catalogue only once a workshop has been appointed for it. Nothing is held in stock and nothing is printed in advance. Composition and weight are stated on each product page.
Because the work is done by hand on textile, small variations in the position of a motif or in the shade of a dyed fabric are inherent to the method. They are not defects. Photographs on the site are as faithful as screens allow.
Placing an order
You choose the item, size and colour, then send an order request with your delivery details. The request is not a sale in itself: the workshop checks that the piece can be produced and sends you a confirmation email stating the items, the total price and the expected timeline. The contract is formed at that confirmation. [PAYMENT TERMS TO BE COMPLETED — method, moment of payment, provider.]
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, net of tax — VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code — and exclude shipping, whose cost is stated before confirmation. The applicable price is the one displayed when the request is sent. [SHIPPING RATES TO BE COMPLETED.]
Production and delivery
Production takes [PRODUCTION LEAD TIME TO BE COMPLETED] working days from confirmation, plus transit time. Delivery is made by [CARRIER TO BE COMPLETED] to the address you gave, in [DELIVERY ZONES TO BE COMPLETED].
If a delay is caused by the workshop, we tell you before the announced date passes and give you a new one. Where delivery has not taken place within thirty days of confirmation and no other date was agreed, you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.
Check the parcel on arrival. Any damage or missing item should be reported to us within three days, with photographs.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from receipt of the goods to withdraw, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at contact@dancehallonlinelab.com or by any unambiguous written statement, then return the item within fourteen days of that notice.
Exception. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Choosing a size and a colour from the catalogue is not personalisation: those orders keep the full fourteen-day right. A piece carrying a name, a date, custom lettering or a motif produced at your request is personalised, and cannot be taken back. This is stated again when you place such an order.
Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed and complete, in a condition allowing resale. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or does not match the order. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of our receiving the return, using the original payment method.
Warranties
Beyond these terms, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and from the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). A non-conforming item is repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Follow the care instructions supplied with each piece: flock requires washing inside out, at low temperature, without tumble drying and without ironing the motif directly. Damage caused by care that departs from them is not covered.
Complaints and disputes
Write first to contact@dancehallonlinelab.com. If no agreement is reached within a reasonable time, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator [CONSUMER MEDIATOR TO BE COMPLETED — name, address and website] or use the European online dispute resolution platform.
These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
